Aikido Open House Aug. 2024

We invite you to these intro classes, which will provide Aikido first-timers with a safe and fun introduction starting from basic rolls and falls, cover the basic format of typical aikido classes, and include explanation of the context and philosophy of aikido, the art of peace. There will be opportunity during each session for questions. No prior martial arts experience is required.

Participants should bring loose fitting clothes to wear during training. Changing rooms are provided.

Sunday Aug. 11 - 10:35am (after regular kids class). Why not take an opportunity to peek into aikido for yourself and your child? (50 min. long class; $20 per pair). - 11:30am Adult open house. A safe and fun introduction to aikido. (60 min. long class; $20) - Tue. 8/13 7:15pm Those who complete the adult open house are welcome to join our regular class for free.
