4 weeks intro to aikido. Starting Tue. June 4, 4 classes 6:30 - 7:00pm. 4 class series: June 4, June 11, June 25, July 2 - all Tuesdays. You also have access to all regular classes (3 per week).

About the event
This intro to aikido series will cover basic philosophy, pedagogy (class format), rolling/falling, and of course stretching/warm-ups. The classes consist of  30 minutes of individualized instruction, and merging with the regular class afterwards.Â
If an intro student wishes to join the weekday classes, there will be some dedicated time to practicing rolling/falling as well as individualized instruction/attention during the classes.Â
